Functions and exclusive use

Oak and Glass is available for private functions and exclusive use.  From birthdays, weddings and anniversaries to christenings, wakes and retirement parties, we’ve done them all before and can tailor your event to your needs.

We have a very flexible space at Oak and Glass, and can cater for a variety of different numbers, from small parties, right up large parties that have exclusive use of the entire venue.

We can comfortably seat around 45 people for sit down meals, and can cater for many more for buffet events.  When the weather permits we can make use of our beautiful gardens to further extend our capacity, and can also arrange for the hire of large marque’s to extend this even further.

Exclusive use is subject to a minimum number of guests, or a exclusive use fee.

We are open for functions on any day of the week except Mondays, although events on Tuesdays & Wednesdays are subject to minimum numbers, and the type of event you wish to hold as we are not normally open for business on those days.
