The menu below is for the months of April and May 2013.
Spring is the season where growth begins, and the memories of winter fade. Scented blossom, new leaves, tender shoots, young sprouts and fresh greens begin to push through the warming soil. Our food chain is busy, with rapid crop growth on farms and the fields now full of grazing, fattening livestock. The month of May also sees the arrival of English asparagus, a delightful yet fleeting treat. We hope to see you very soon to sample, in Amy’s opinion the best season of the year.

Home smoked duck breast, date and orange salad, coriander yoghurt dressing.
Crispy goats cheese, beetroot and English asparagus salad.
Mussels cooked in fennel and cider broth, smoked bacon bread.

Black cherry and chocolate fudge cake, 53% chocolate ganache, black cherry jam, vanilla mascarpone.
